This year our team building event took place in Leysin (Switzerland). During these two exceptional days we could deepen the great team bonding spirit while enjoying the spectacular snow conditions.
Fighting the snow, a group of skiers braved the conditions and supported each other during a Nordic skiing tour directed by a mountain guide. The team tasted the pleasure of having snow up to the hips and even higher while our non-skiing colleagues enjoyed an ice hockey game, as well as other team-building games on the snow.
We consider teamwork essential for our success and that is why our team events are so important to us. Binding people together across both hierarchy and geography represents the heart and soul of OWT.
