Our yearly ski week-end is one of our longest-running and most awaited team events. This year, colleagues from Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich gathered in Lenk im Simmental, in the Bernese Alps, for team building and winter sports.
After an evening of laughter, sharing fondue, we got a short but good night's sleep to prepare for the next day's activities.
Two groups headed out early to profit from the terrific weather and fresh snow. First was the team embarking on a ski tour with an ambition goal: 1000m of vertical ascent to reach the summit. The climb was tough, but we got rewarded with beautiful sights, and pristine slopes going down. On the other side of the valley, the other group was enjoying the beautiful Adelboden ski resort, riding down the slopes until the very last ski-lift departure.
Teamwork and bringing people together across hierarchy and geography are in the genes of OWT – they are key to our success.
