Designers
As a designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing meaningful digital experiences. A designer focuses on turning the user and stakeholders’ needs into user-friendly and intuitive interfaces by following design thinking and a user-centred approach. While working at OWT, you will dive into various industries and have the opportunity to shape the lives of Swiss citizens through design.
Projects
At OWT, you will work on a variety of exciting projects that span different industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy, Public Sector, Finance and more. Collaborate with consultants and developers to conceptualise digital solutions through user research, prototyping and design iterations. Not only will you craft final user interfaces, but also style guides, components or visual assets to ensure consistency, efficiency and clarity. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in organizing, facilitating and analyzing usability tests, ensuring that the solutions meet user expectations.
Technology
OWT works at the forefront of developing emerging technology such as AI and chatbots. As a designer, it is your responsibility to help incorporate these new technologies into cutting-edge user experiences without losing the focus on the user’s needs and the human factor.
Team
Our design team consists of a bunch of creatives who share a passion for design and technology. We highly value collaboration and team work, providing support to each other whenever it is required. Within projects, you will work closely with users, stakeholders, consultants and developers. As an integral member of the team, you will have a significant influence in any project and the opportunity to present your work directly to clients and end users.
