Stephan is a Partner at OWT, where he serves as Head of Finance, driving financial performance and aligning the company's financial strategy with its long-term objectives. Additionally, he leads the Health Practice in the Swiss German market, focusing on expanding OWT’s presence in the sector and delivering high-value solutions to clients.
With over 14 years of experience in strategic consulting and software implementation projects, Stephan acts as a Client Partner for major accounts, bringing digital solutions to life. Before joining OWT, he worked at Accenture, specializing in digital strategy execution for global clients and managing multidisciplinary teams of consultants and engineers.
He holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim, specializing in Strategic Management and Finance. Born and raised in Germany, Stephan brings extensive international experience from his studies in the United States and Taiwan, along with a strategic mindset that he applies to his leadership roles at OWT.
