His hands-on approach and expertise in delivering ambitious technological projects has supported leading companies across various industries, from manufacturing, healthcare, to telecommunications.

Pierre holds a Master's in Communication System from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) with a focus on distributed systems and software engineering. Prior to joining OWT, Pierre worked for Microsoft in Switzerland and the United States and founded a web development firm. When he is not working, you will find Pierre cooking or scouting gourmet restaurants.

Stephan is a Partner at OWT, where he serves as Head of Finance, driving financial performance and aligning the company's financial strategy with its long-term objectives. Additionally, he leads the Health Practice in the Swiss German market, focusing on expanding OWT’s presence in the sector and delivering high-value solutions to clients.

With over 14 years of experience in strategic consulting and software implementation projects, Stephan acts as a Client Partner for major accounts, bringing digital solutions to life. Before joining OWT, he worked at Accenture, specializing in digital strategy execution for global clients and managing multidisciplinary teams of consultants and engineers.

He holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim, specializing in Strategic Management and Finance. Born and raised in Germany, Stephan brings extensive international experience from his studies in the United States and Taiwan, along with a strategic mindset that he applies to his leadership roles at OWT.

Jean-Luc brings 25 years of experience in digital entrepreneurship. Driven by innovation and customer success, he excels at launching challenging ideas and scaling businesses.

Before joining OWT, Jean-Luc held various leadership roles in business unit management, innovation, and product strategy worldwide. Notably, he served as a Director at EPFL in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, leading a team of data scientists, developers, and analysts. Prior to EPFL, he was Vice President at Kudelski, a global leader in digital media and security, where he held leadership positions in business unit management, innovation, and new business development in both Switzerland and in the United States.

Originally from Switzerland, Jean-Luc spent a few years in Silicon Valley and on the East Coast of the United States. He holds a Master of Science from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and completed the EMBA Program for Executive Development at IMD Business School of Lausanne.

Fabrice has 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing complex IT projects. Over the years, he has gained extensive business and technical expertise across a wide range of domains. His background in electronics and microtechnology has given him a particular interest in technical projects related to the manufacturing industry and automation.

Passionate about his work, Fabrice played a key role in establishing and expanding the OWT office in Lausanne, first as Head of Development and now as Market Manager.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from the École Technique d'Informatique de Lausanne and is Hermes-certified, a recognized standard methodology for managing cantonal and federal projects in Switzerland.

Both at work and at home, Fabrice is an avid fan of Apple products. When he is not “connected“, you will likely find him renovating parts of his house.

Philippe has more than 15 years of experience in top management consulting and multi-stakeholder project management. Over the past seven years, he has guided CXOs through their digital transformations and has a proven track record, from defining digital strategies to successfully implementing digital solutions across industries.

Philippe holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from ETH Zürich. Before joining OWT, he built up the digital consulting practice at Swisscom Enterprise and worked with leading companies in the healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, and retail industries.

Philippe has a strong user-centric mindset and combines innovation and creativity with leadership and management skills. He is passionate about making life easier and more comfortable through digital technologies, both at work and at home. When he is not working on his next exciting digital project, you will find him playing music with his band or spending time with his family.

Marc is a dynamic and results-driven technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovation, safeguarding organizational assets, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. As a seasoned CTO, CISO, and DPO, he has a strong track record in implementing industry standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 13485, aligning technology strategies with business objectives, and fostering a culture of security and privacy awareness.

With deep expertise in software architecture, machine learning, big data analytics, and AI-driven solutions, Marc has successfully leveraged cutting-edge technologies to solve complex challenges. He is highly skilled in building and managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams and has implemented DevSecOps practices to enhance efficiency and security across development lifecycles.

Marc holds a Master’s degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and a Graduate Certificate from Stanford, complemented by multiple certifications in Lean Management and AI. Passionate about driving innovation through technology, he excels in leading R&D initiatives, fostering collaboration, and making critical decisions in high-pressure environments.

Vittorio acts as an Associate Partner and Head of Business Strategy and leverages his proven expertise to guide leading companies through complex transformations, delivering high-impact organizational and development programs across industries such as healthcare, watchmaking, manufacturing, and hospitality, while helping them achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Vittorio has built a strong career within OWT, advancing through key leadership roles. Progressing from Manager to Head of Consulting in Geneva, he played a key role in strategic projects and client engagement. His success in leading impactful programs and initiatives led to greater responsibilities including enhancing the firm’s advisory capabilities.

Prior to joining OWT, he explored the entrepreneurial world, notably founding a digital company that provides management solutions to health practices. Vittorio holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, along with a Minor in Management, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne). In his freetime, you will probably find him in an equestrian facility.

Adrien is an Associate Partner at OWT and serves as the Market Manager for the Bern office. In this role, he is responsible for the office’s growth and business development, with a strong focus on sales activities in the Public Sector.

With 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing complex IT projects, Adrien has played a key role in OWT’s expansion. Previously, as Head of Development in the Lausanne office, he worked alongside a team of over 30 seasoned software development professionals, overseeing teams, coordinating development activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Adrien is actively involved in strategic and large-scale projects, leveraging his technical expertise and HERMES-certified project management experience. Client-oriented, he provides guidance and support in defining and implementing technological solutions, always adopting a forward-thinking and innovative approach.

Born in Switzerland and having studied in Germany, Adrien holds a bilingual Bachelor of Science in Media Engineering from HES-SO Yverdon-les-Bains.

Patrick serves as an Associate Partner at OWT, where he holds the position of Head of Consulting for the Zurich office. Leading a team of over 10 seasoned professionals specializing in consulting and design, he oversees operations and ensures high-quality deliverables.

Patrick's responsibilities extend to leading the IT Automation practice at OWT, overseeing numerous key projects related to cloud services and IT automation. Additionally, in his role as the Deputy to the Head of Public Sector, he is responsible for advancing the public sector business in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.

With over a decade of professional experience, Patrick has provided expert advice to medium and large corporate clients and organizations across various sectors, including automotive, healthcare, logistics, telecommunications, and public services. As a dual citizen of Germany and Switzerland, he has gained international exposure through his studies in France, the Netherlands, and the United States. Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), specializing in Business Engineering, Change and Project Management, and Design Thinking.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the Information and communications technology (ICT) industry, Diego has developed a profound understanding of customer needs. After spending 15 years at Swisscom, where he excelled as a dealmaker in the outsourcing sector, he pursued further education. In 2021, he graduated as the oldest student with a Master's in Digital Transformation from ZHAW. This experience helped him recognize the significant value of custom software for businesses.

This experience enabled him to fully grasp the strategic and significant value of tailored software solutions for businesses. His expertise has been further enhanced by his experience in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and optimizing business processes.

Joining OWT, a subsidiary of Swisscom, was therefore a strategic decision for him, allowing him to bring his expertise and vision of digital transformation to businesses. Frédéric, Associate Partner and Customer Experience Platform Lead & Alliance Manager at OWT, leads all aspects of customer experience and strategic alliances with a mission to accelerate business growth.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the customer experience, he guides companies and brands in their digital transformation strategy. With over 35 years' experience in the IT and agency world, he has successfully collaborated on strategic initiatives for major global brands.

Frédéric holds a federal certificate from the Geneva School of Business and a degree in global business (Harvard) as well as in sustainability and circular economy (Cambridge).

Prior joining OWT, he held senior CGO roles, overseeing strategy, business development, digital commerce, CRM, and marketing. He was a division director at a global agency, serving on the executive committee and advisory boards. Earlier, Frédéric founded a company and established Switzerland’s first Salesforce Agency.

Mauro Spadaro leads our Manufacturing Practice at OWT. With a strong background in technology strategy and digital solutions, he has led projects across various manufacturing sectors, including semiconductors and industrial machinery. Before joining OWT, Mauro worked as a consultant with a leading global strategy firm and as an engagement manager for software development. He holds a master’s degree in management from Bocconi University in Milan.
